Job description

We are looking for a Senior Delphi Developer who has excellent expertise in both architectural design and continuous app optimization.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Agile development projects, utilizing object-oriented programming principles and modern methodologies for robust software design.
  • Utilize IDEs like Eclipse and Visual Studio for efficient development, debugging, and testing.
  • Oversee full-release project life cycles ensuring timely delivery and quality outputs.
  • Design and optimize SQL Server stored procedures, functions, and queries for optimal performance.
  • Implement and manage Microsoft Azure CI/CD pipelines for streamlined build, test, and deployment processes.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of relevant experience with Delphi programming.
  • Excellent Experience in modern software design and development methodologies (e.g., Agile, OO).
  • Excellent experience using an Integrated Development Environment (e.g., Eclipse, Visual Studio).
  • Excellent experience on one or more full-release project life cycles.
  • Knowledge of modern SCM (software configuration management).
  • Experience in Microsoft SQL Server- Stored procedures and functions, Query optimization.
  • Experience in Microsoft Azure CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent skills in Delphi.
  • Web services – basic knowledge required.
  • Support and extension to the current desktop applications.

Ways to stand out from the crowd/ Plus Skills:

  • Stored proc, Integration, and DevOps knowledge will be a plus.
