We are embarking on a groundbreaking initiative to architect and engineer a revolutionary automotive platform for a leading Nordic Tier 1 company. This endeavor aims to amalgamate top-tier technological solutions, creating a state-of-the-art platform for deployment in various global OEMs. As part of our architectural team, your role will be instrumental in shaping the requirements and defining the software design for this platform. We prioritize technical innovation, team motivation, and superior working conditions, making this project a beacon of technical excellence​​.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and define project functionalities and requirements based on client needs.
  • Engage in close collaboration with System and Software architects, as well as the Product Owner.
  • Architect and refine software modules, setting clear requirements.
  • Lead and guide a team of C++ Software Engineers.
  • Foster robust technical communication with stakeholders, both within and outside the organization.
  • Maintain active and effective collaboration with clients on various project aspects​​.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a leadership role as a Software Engineer.
  • Deep expertise in C++ programming.
  • Proven experience in the entire lifecycle of embedded product development, including architectural and design aspects.
  • Familiarity with embedded operating systems such as Linux and QNX.
  • Experience in Board Support Package (BSP) development, optimization, and troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in Linux userspace and kernel space development.
  • Familiarity with Requirements Management tools and software development tools like Gerrit, Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, etc.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work effectively in diverse, multinational teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluency in English at an advanced level​​.
